What a statement.

Without knowledge of the process, it may seem a ludicrous statement. However, when you understand the process of creation, the steps seem simple enough. And once you get the hang of it, creating becomes fun and enjoyable. Which is how life is supposed to feel.

Your minds are constantly thinking. You can choose to think about the things you don’t want, or the things you do want. That’s what free will or free choice means. Nobody else can influence your thoughts unless you allow them to.

When you focus on specific thoughts over longer periods of time, they become dominant thoughts. These dominant thoughts, whether they are focused on the wanted or the unwanted, start to influence your emotions, beliefs and actions. They become your “point of attraction.”

You can shift your point of attraction at any moment. It may require some practice or repetition if you aren’t used to doing it consciously, but it gets much easier with time.

When you hold a thought long enough with intensity, it influences your energy field. The universe receives your thoughts, responds to your energy and starts influencing the world around you. The world around you then starts to reflect your dominant thoughts back to you. When you project a certain energy, the universe sends the same energy back your way.

For example, you may be caught up in the thoughts that you lack money or opportunity to make money. This is the signal you are sending to the universe. And everywhere you go, you get proof of the “truth” of your thoughts. You only meet people who have been let go by their employers. You witness more people going through financial hardships. The conversations you overhear in public are all about how ‘life is difficult’ and ‘jobs are scarce’ or ‘everything is expensive.’

The universe simply reflects your dominant thoughts and beliefs back to you. You can change these beliefs by thinking different thoughts. It’s that simple. However, if you have been in the habit of thinking negatively for a long time, it is difficult to change your dominant thoughts to nothing besides positivity all in an instant. It may take time.

This is where patience comes in. You must simply understand that if you have been thinking negatively for so long, it has become your main point of attraction. So if you have started practicing positive thinking and you have chosen your dominant thoughts wisely for a couple of weeks, months, or even years, do not be discouraged if you still find some negativity here and there in your experience.

It is simply the universe showing you some of the negativity that you may have even forgotten you carry. But it is still active in your vibration because of how long you have been living in negativity. It is just the universe saying “Hey, this is another negative aspect that you can now turn into a positive. You’re aware enough now. You can change this story to whatever you wish. Keep going, you’re doing great.”

So, you understand that your dominant thoughts influence the emotions you feel and your beliefs about the world. And the combination of the three influence your point of attraction. You also understand that you are the only one who has control over these three aspects of yourself.

Now, for the best part of it all. You decide what you want to think about. You decide how you want to feel. You get to mold your beliefs as you wish. YOU control your point of attraction at all times.
